• We want to speak about the meaning of culture in the social and economic life of small towns, not only those inhabited by 50-100 thousand people.


• We intend to draw your attention to the fact that culture does not mean only promoting, marketing or entertaining actions. It is also the important tool helpful in the social development, having a great impact on activating local society, which process by engaging people in cultural events reinforces their sense of identity.
