This is a beautiful story of a spanish book-lover, Alonso Quixano. One day he chose a new name – Don Quijote de la Mancha and decided to rescue the world from evil. The string quartet of Brandenburg Philharmonic Orchestra plays live Don Quixote suite by George Philip Telemann and interprets musically this incredible story. From behind curtains blowing in the breeze we can see figures and fragments of the novel by Miguel de Cervantes.
They tell us about Don Quijote‘s meetings with windmills and interpret them as a battle between his dreams and reality.
