The goal of the workshop is to get the ability to relax effectively and to quiet down, relating to the sound massage method by Peter Hess.  The sound bath, as the session is sometimes called, is a music journey, whose listeners subject themselves  to unusual sounds of gongs and sound bowls in a comfortable lying position.

The mood that the sound bowls create often causes such a great relaxation, that it happens to the listeners  to fall asleep, to „switch off” their mind – after all, the aim of the relaxation is to reach a harmony and to get rid of anxiety, fears, worries and doubts. Spending time in this sound space is an extraordinary experience; while listening to the complex sound of bowls we can have the impression of being in outer space filled with spherical sounds. In accordance with eastern beliefs, the man and the universe were made from the sound. Such a contact with your incipient beginning evoke the feeling of profound trust and leads to quick and deep relaxation state.
